What is In A World...Part 1?

This is a stand-alone weekend course for voice over artists – both professional and amateur. The course is led by one of Scotland’s most successful voice over artists, Donald Pirie, as well as one of the country’s sound engineers, Borja Alcalde. Both are passionate and dedicated practitioners that want to support a new generation of talent in the highly competitive field of voice over work. To ensure that you as a student get a personal and focussed instruction throughout the course, students numbers are limited to 8 per group.

What is In A World...Part 2?

VOTS 2 is our follow up course for participants who have completed Part 1. It is a more in-depth course looking at other aspects of the voice over world. We will be joined by award winning actor and voice coach Angela Darcy for a voice workshop and cover everything from Radio Drama to character work. This course is limited to 8 people and focuses on working closely with your fellow voice actors. VOTS 2 is the perfect follow up course for those who have completed Part 1. It takes a look at a lot of other aspects of voice over work. From Radio Drama and animation to gaming and ADR it is all covered in another action packed weekend. There will also be a more in depth vocal workshop from a top voice coach. Numbers are limited to 10 per course which allows us to give you the chance to work as part of an ensemble and record with others in the group.
